Hi,

I'm desparate, And i have a complaint.

( I bought the laptop 25-08-2010, send in a repair request 23-05-2012 )

First, one year ago my laptop stopt working, so I went looking for a solution.
I asked the local Computer specialist what to do, and I used my common knowledge.

And he told me to check with Acer.

So I went and checked if my Laptop was still in its Warranty Period.
I called the shop where i bought the laptop, I also looked at the acer website and called the desk.
And both said my warranty was only 1 year long. Wich means It didnt have a warranty anymore.

Eitherway I already made a ticket for sending in my laptop for repair. ( 23-05-2012 )
I have the documents wich state that my laptop was already broken at that date.

Now at that time I choose not to send it in because of the costs it would bring because of the laptop not having any warranty anymore. It would be better(Cheaper) to buy a new one at that time.

Though I still have the laptop laying around here, without it doing anything ( 05-01-2013 ). so now I chose to check if I could send it in anyways.

I called the Acer technical help desk and asked if I could still use the same Repair ticket from before or if they could make a new one.

Now here the fun starts: The acer employee ( call center ) tells me my laptop had a 2 year warranty, so the first time I gave it up for repair it would have been free anyways. ( or mostly )
Now I ask her if I could still use the old ticket to get an Inwarranty repair? because of it stating my laptop was already broken in my warranty period even though acer stated that it would work or atleast 2 years.

The call center employe tells me that this wont work, because of my computer not being under warranty right now.
Than my question was if Acer could see into this as a communication error from Acers side( website documentation at that time ). And compensate me for only being able to use my laptop less than 2 years.
Again the employee tells me she can't do anything for me, and doesn't even now what to do.

So i'm trying my luck here. Any suggestions?
