V3-772g-9402 possible storage upgrades

I bought used on eBay and it came with a single 500gb hdd, I have since replaced the hdd with a SSD, I replaced the DVD drive with a SSD via caddy, and finally I have installed a third SSD in the second empty drive bay I called acer to buy a drive bracket for the second bay and acer replied with they don't sell items for laptops that didn't originally come with a second hard drive. I made one of my own by the way and it fits perfect. I found acers answer very odd until I started reading people having problems with their drive bays being disabled from acer if their laptop didn't originally come with a drive. I also read acer has disabled the second bay of memory slots in duel core laptops. My question: I'm getting ready to buy an msata SSD for my laptop and since it didn't come with a msata slot I'm afraid acer has disabled it and I'd be wasting time and money getting one, I have read numerous reviews and I have never read any mention of msata or even the second drive bay. If I knew there wasn't any help from acer I would have spend my money on an msi laptop which I know wouldn't use the same chassis for multiple models and having ports disabled simply because acer feels like it. Can anyone that has a 9402 tell me if the msata slot actually works. Also I'm upset that acer made all the sata ports except the main one sata 3Gb/sec instead of sata 6Gb/sec. I spent 1000$ on this and ALL the ports should be sata 6, the CPU has more than enough bandwidth for 3 sata6 channels, I don't even want to get started on there being NO RAID options. I am actually thinking about selling this and getting a true desktop replacement laptop without the manufacturer skimping on features on vague model numbers that are seemingly identical, especially in price.
