Can W3-810 update to Windows 8.1 via Windows update ?

After receive from Care, I'm afraid with update . Last time i update , force it install by setting-> update--> install manually , it has "Failure configuring Windows updates. Reverting changes. Do not turn off your computer" 

So i want to ask How can i update W3-810 to Windows 8.1 without any problem ?

You must make sure you have done all previous updates, including Windows store updates, before the 8.1 update will work. Most of my customers who have a problem with the update have a store app that hasn't been updated, since those updates don't always happen automatically when Windows Update runs.
