Acer Aspire V5 headphone jack problem. No sound from one of the headphone

I was listening to some tunes when the left part of my headphone lost audio. I removed it and plugged it back, same thing happened. I used another set of headphones and still it happens. But when I plug the headphones in the jack half-way through, I can hear audio coming from both of the headphones (left and right).

 

How do I fix this?

Probably one leaf of the internal jack is stuck or there's a bad soldering.

it's a normal behaviour to have sound on both sides of headphone when the jack is plugged half-way.

 

how to fix?

not so easy and if your notebook is still in warranty, it's better to contact your regional Acer service.
