Hello- Ok... Just a warning: I'm a total newbie to Windows Tablets and Windows 8.. Sorry in advance.

Three questions I've spent hours trying to figure out, and just can't get resolved:

1. I can't get video cloning to work on an external monitor. How do I get this feature to work?

2. How do I do software driver updates on this machine?

3. If I have a keyboard plugged in... how do I charge it?

Thanks in advance for the help!

    1. I confirmed that this product does support cloning the display. Try some of the troubleshooting steps below.

    • 1. Make sure you are connecting to an HDMI input on the display you are connecting to and not using an output port.
    • 2. Tap and hold on the desktop background for 2 seconds, then release and select screen resolution. Does it show a second display to configure?
    • 3. Try the tablet on another display with HDMI input or make sure the display you are connecting to will support a 1280 x 800 resolution.

    2. In regards to the drivers, you can download the latest driver package at http://www.acer.com, click Support, then Drivers and Manuals.

    3. There is only 1 USB port on this tablet, so it will only charge when connected to the power supply.
