Acer E1-531 crystal eye hd camera isn't working.

Hi, I need your help. I have Acer E1-531 laptop (OS Win 8) and my crystal eye camera isn't working properly. When my windows starts and on a start menu (welcome thing on win 8), I press camera button and camera starts but I can't take pictures, I click on a mouse button and keyboard but nothing happens, none picture is taken. And also the light doesn't goes green like it usually does when my camera is on. I checked driver and it says it's up to date but clearly it's something wrong with my camera. Please help me or tell me where I can download new driver. Thanks

Have you tried going to the Windows store and downloading the latest crystal eye camera app? Please download and install the latest app and let me know if you are still having problems and we can try other troubleshooting.
