Poor Machine

we have 2 aspire v 571p machines. i will never purchase this brand again. The problems we have are 1) constantly dropping the internet connections; 2) the lid has split in the lower right hand corner; 3) the volume gets stuck and won't work. i have been very dis-satisfied with the customer service staff, regardless of their country. Is there no way to speak to someone whose first language is English. I was told that this was an excellent choice when we purchased the machine. We were very, very misled. Is there any help out there?
