Key top replacements on a V5-571G

I now have a V5-571G laptop with a back lit US keyboard layout. I have compared the layout with a standard UK keyboard and there are only 4 significant differences, so what I'd like to do is to obtain just the key tops to replace those 4 keys on this back lit keyboard. So far all the UK based suppiers seem to only have keys for non-backlit keyboards. Does anyone know where in the UK or possibly the EU I might be able to source these?

I tried asking on ACER Chat but got fed up answering questions I had already provided the answers to! Right now I am waiting for an email response but thought someone on here might have an idea.
