How can I fix the screen problems on acer iconia a510?

From ICS to Jellybean update, i have been experiencing screen problems specifically at the bottom of the screen. When i was on ICS, the problem goes when i lay the tablet on a flat surface without holding it. On jellybean, laying flat problem is solved but when i go to landscape mode and lean my tablet to about 45 degrees, the same problem persists.

My $450 went to waste because it seems that acer does not solve any of these issues with quick updates. However I am still expecting something from the support team. Very disappointing tablet. And maybe im going to get replies in a month or two or even more? darn

These are my Observations with the problem: (i am on Jellybean)
    - I tried to do the 45 degrees in all orientations (even portrait) and the touch problem occurs in the status bar or at the bottom of every orientation

    - Touch seems to register at the 20% TOP PART OF THE STATUS BAR. The problem seems to be on 80% below it. Again this observation goes in the 45 degrees lean.

    - Touching the tablet in the power button, the hdmi port, headset port, and charging port removes the screen problem. Also, holding it by hand (even in 45 degrees) makes the screen sensitive again. I call it "Grounding Theory". wtf
    - The difficulty of touching seems to occur only at the 3 buttons at the right (back, home, taskmanager) and at the clock (the notifications at the left of the clock; and the wifi/bluetooth/battery at the right of the clock seem to be responsive). Though i am not sure of it.
    - If it happens only at the bottom of each orientation, does it have something to do with density? resolution? I call it "Screen Size Theory". wtf again

Please ACER, give some feedback. It's not only me who is experiencing this problem. I hope I gave you something to work with through these observations. Help us to help you to help us back. darn

All contact numbers are US only. I think it's impossible to call them. I live here in the Philippines by the way. I brought my tablet to the nearest acer support but it seems that they will be shipping the tablet back to canada with all costs on me. They told me that the warranty i have only applies to canada so I preferred not to give them my tablet. So here i am expecting some replies here in acer forum.
