Iconia W4-3G and "HUAWEI Mobile Control"

When I searched Acer apps, I found "HUAWEI Mobile Control" at Windows Store.  Is this a legitimate application, and how to verify it? FYI, I'm looking for any app that can run as "mobile data monitoring" or "USSD dialer/checker" inside my Iconia W4-3G (Windows 8.1 tablet) to easily check my balance, but find nothing so far. Any suggestions? Or, is it basically "impossible" to run any "USSD dialer/checker" inside Iconia W4-3G? It's somewhat frustrating, each time I have to recharge my balance I must remove the SIM card from my Iconia W4 and put it inside other mobile phone that support USSD dialer. I know some internet providers provides such apps, but unfortunately not for Windows 8.1-x86.

HUAWEI Mobile Control app is not an Acer app so we would not be able to comment or advise you on the use of this app on your W4 tablet. I apologize but to my knowledge we do not provide any such app to monitor mobile data.
