chromebook 710 with Parrot Whistler recovery

Error message "Chome OS missing or damaged". I have downloaded "chromeosimagecreatorV2" and run per instructions but the list of models does not include the one showing on my chromebook "PARROT WHISTLER A-D 3036"  Do I need a different version of the image creator?  Please help.

    hi..

     

    As per the error mesage that you have provided you may reseat the hard drive before performing recovery.  reseat the hard drive

    You may want to look at this article on how to make sure the HDD connector hasn't come lose. If you're not comfortable with these steps, you may want to contact your local Acer support team.
