It is a little shorter than an iPad and almost but not quite the same as a G-Tab. It also seems to have a custom pinout. What I need is a thin dock like for the W700 for Automotive use. May have to fabricate one.

Cannot use a 5v USB chrger, it needs 12v.

Something more like the HP ElitePad Expansion Jacket  for the 900 so it is easy to have different configurations in different places. Unfortunately the Acer dock does not lend itself to a thin enclosure like the 700. Of course with the HP you must have the jacket or adapters to get USB or HDMI ports and prices are...well... so in that respect the Acer is superior.

What I need is a thin lockable slot the W532 slides in with standard (even mini) USB, HDMI, and power inputs. Would not turn down an RJ-45 but is not needed.

Could have one upstairs with KVM and real keyboard/mouse/monitor, one downstairs by TV, and one in each car.

The W510 and the "Bay Trail" follow on are a new breed that the manufacturers are still wresting with but these plus "Windows to Go" for BYOD are a game changer.

Not saying there are not some glitches, for example the firmware refusal to boot from a NTFS USB is a real turnoff for corporate/goverment/agencies and I had to tweak things so that it boots straight to a special desktop version when on A/C power instead of the tiles but these are minor things.

Personally am glad to be participating in the dawn of a new era, the "rebirth of the PC".
