Acer Aspire E1-571G gets extremly hot

Hello,

I have an Acer Aspire E1-571G notebook and it gets extremly hot in just 5 minutes while playing a game. The CPU tempreture goes to 90°C and on the left side of the notebook (where a fan is located) it gets extremly hot.

I have installed a software called "SpeedFan", but it can't detect my notebook's fan so I'm undable to control the fan speed using this software.

Acer, can you please point me out some software by which I could control the fan speed or can you make "SpeedFan" detect the fan of my notebook?

P.S. I tried to contact Acer's support, but it didn't like (said it was invalid) my notebook's serial number. Here is my serial number and SNID:

    Hi...

It seems that, the game that you are playing is not compatible with the video card installed on this computer. That's the reason why the laptop is getting overheated...

    Thanks for the replay.

Can you please tell me how do you check if a game is supported by a video card?

Tha game I'm playing is "Pro Evolution Soccer 2013" and the video card is nVidia GeForce 710M.

P.S. On my old PC I have an nVidia GeForce GTX 260 and I know that I can't play some games which require DirectX 11 (as my video card doesn't support that version of DirectX), but can you please tell me what do you mean when you say that a game may not be supported by a video card when I can run the game and play it without any lugs and glitches.

    Hi..

Contact the vendor of "Pro Evolution Soccer 2013" and provide the specifications of your laptop (info about video card, processor, RAM etc..) and ask if this laptop is compatible..

    Thanks.

I would steel like to get some software which will give me an abilty to control my notebooks fan speed as it gets too hot when I just watch videos and so I think it's not related to a specific video game.

If someone has the same problem I'll tell you what I did to decrease the temperature with about 20°C.

I disassembled the hole notebook and removed the thermal grease and applied a new one instead of it (Arctic MX-2). That's all. Also i have to mension that the cooling system is too poor. The copper tube was blacked out maybe from too much heat (about 6cm long). I would say nothing if it was a very old notebook, but I have bought it for only 3 months ago.
