E1-510 laptop system failure

Phil-3, I am going to use phone support instead of the website for my system failure issue. I got the E1-510 laptop with Windows 8.1 OS from Best Buy on April 23, 2014 and had Geek Squad make sure it worked. As soon as I set up Acer Cloud, my laptop began slowing.

It crashed May 17, 2014. This is not Geek Squad tech hardware issue, I've seen them at the level they're known for. This is not Windows 8.1 issue specifically, as horrible as it is an OS I have never had it crash. This is not Norton 360 failing, I've relied on them since my first desktop in 1995.

The problem seems to be your Acer Cloud program. It is the only difference in all environments and systems I've ever worked with.

It is beyond useless, sir. I had an emergency laptop from Tepic, Mexico blow to kingdom come on Feb. 27, 2014, shortly after I got back to the States, courtesy of a very, VERY bad black hat's easter eggs at the behest of a much very, VERY bad criminal I was held by. The black hat used stuff from XSource that even ESET, Kaspersky, and Norton's best didn't know was there for an entire month.

Because of that, sir, I had to rely on my Samsung Droid smartphone for what limited work I was able to do until I could get the E1-510.

And now, I am using my very same Samsung Droid smartphone that I've used for the past 4 days to politely express my extreme displeasure aboit this matter.

In addition, I mentioned Acer cloud is beyond useless. It is. I connected my E1-510 and this very same smartphone, with the official Acer Cloud app, to that Acer cloud. And for some bizarre reason this 30-year techie cannot possibly conceive as how it got through R&D, even though my E1-510 and my smartphone app are still connected to this Acer Cloud, now that my E1-510 does not boot up Windows 8.1 I cannot access any of my files on the Acer Cloud using my smartphone app.

And both versions of this Acer Community website are not much better on a smartphone. Especially when I tried to set up my Acer User Account, which I swore I had set up a month ago and even that was sheer***, and I cannot read one or more letters in your Captchas every time nor can I expand my screen image.

To say you produced a winner is an understatement. The Amish could put something better than what is in my 3rd laptop in exactly one year today, and do it with a butter churn. I say this because I have dairy farmers in my family (not Amish) in Minnesota.

Brace yourselves... @Root is coming.
