Errors in specs and filtering options lacking

While browing the computer monitor section I noticed errors in specs for one of the monitor models, there could be more. for instance the resolution of monitor model K272HUL.

Another thing that has been frustrating me is the lack of filtering for GLOSSY screens or what acer calls CRYSTALBRITE. I am desperately looking to buy a glossy screen monitor and manufactures do not offer these details in the filtering. C'mon guys in marketing, do your job.

On another note

My local store, FRY's, has all these beautifyl monitors all plugged to a single computer that can't handle the recommended resolution for any of the 18+ monitors connected to it. The salesman gave me a face when I asked if it could be connected to a cmputer that would support it's recommended resolution, I asked if I could take it home and test it, then return if I didn't like it, he said there would be a $40 restocking fee > Frustrated.

How am I supposed to buy a monitor w/o knowing what the picture quality is like and how it performs?
