Hardware upgrades option for S3?

Who has experience tearing up the S3-951 machine and upgrade any kind of hardware from the original? I am thinking to upgrade it, not much but at least a CPU with Intel Graphics 4000. I am wondering what are the criteria of choosing a suitable specific CPU for it. What I know so far it has BGA1023 CPU socket. Better if someone could tell me what are all the 100% working CPU for S3-951 without error. I don't care the warranty. I have gotten fed up with the battery life and the cost of replacing the battery with sucks battery life. That why I have been using it as a desktop. Here's my plan; A - upgrade. B - buy other ultrabook except Acer if the cost of upgrading is much more than buying a new one. I can't deny that this excellent machine has had helped me a lot in projects within 2 years, except i had to bring power adapter all the time.

100% guarantee? I don't think so. If this machine were mine and running satisfactorily except for the battery life, I wouldn't mess with it. I'd definitely go for your plan B. Unless, of course, I sorta liked the idea of messing with it, maybe getting a bit frustrated, knowing 100% certainty is impossible but maybe learning some new things --- then I'd go for your plan A. 8^)
