how do i make a Formal complaint?

Hello

 

How can I make a formal complaint.  I do not wish to speak  or chat online with the agents online or the phone as they obviously do not know what they are talking about.  Unit has been in for repair over a month.  Seriously I think its been lost  I keep being asked for the tracking no, a month on??  They keep sending an email it to the ''concerned dept''.  Even though there is proof of Acer receiving it. Its probably going to cost me more in calls than what the unit is going to be worth. This information was relayed to the online chat assistant from day one of me chasing it up, so why I keep being asked for it is beyond me.  To be honest I doubt I will ever buy an Acer product in the future purely based on your customer service. 

 

Please could I be advised of where I make a formal complaint or get a number for someone actually in the UK, who might actually know what is going on.

    I recommend that you make a strongly worded post on the Acer Facebook page.
