Hello, I have just bought a Aspire XC600 (AXC600_W), and when everything is plugged as the owner guide says, there is nothing on the monitor.

Can you help me ? My monitor is a LG Flatron W1943SS.

Thank you for your answer

Régis

    Hello.

PC is running? You trye connect with different monitor? orange light on monitor?

Try a new cord from the monitor to the computer, and check one more time if everything is connect properly.

    Hi Tom

    Thanks for your reply

Yes PC is running. We tried with two other monitors, working actually on two other computers. None works. Only red light blinking.

I went to the PC shop this morning, and the issue was quite stupid : the VAG plug (the one I need with my monitor) is there, but not connected, so completly useless. Only the DVI and HDMI plugs work. So, a simple VGA/DVI adaptor saved us...

Of course, no mention of this on the manual.

Three hours lost for this : bad start with Acer!
