Hi 2 questions,

1 this laptop claims it has bluetooth installed. I see that in the windows installed programs a bluetooth program but nothing happens when I open it up. I saw others having similar issues. I have windows 8.1 installed (this is what was installed when I bought the laptop).

2. More importantly, it says i have integrated graphics when i bought this because it claimed it has an nvidia 820m. It even has the nvidia sticker saying 820m! I checked the display devices and it has intel integrated graphics listed together with nvidia. However it is using the integrated graphics (ie. CUDA is not available for my rendering). Checking the desktop display settings shows it is using the integrated graphics. I disabled them and restarted them and it was still using them. I uninstalled them then it defaulted to the nvidia display drivers. However, on the next restart it just reinstalled the integrated graphics drivers and defaulted to them again.

I need these issues resolved ASAP, please advise.

    1. To use or enable your bluetooth in Windows 8.1, please refer to our article How to enable Bluetooth in Windows 8.1. If this does not work, check your device manager to verify if you have the bluetooth adapter installed. To better assist and determine if this model comes with Bluetooth, please provide your product model; ie E1-472G-XXXX.

    2. Most of our notebooks with a Nvidia graphics card use the Optimus Technology. When you are performing less graphic intense functions the integrated Intel graphics will be active. However, when you play games or use applications that are graphic intense your computer will switch to the Nvidia graphics. This can be setup manually in the Nvidia control panel. We have a few articles to explain Optimus and how to use it:
