Hello,

 

Here's my solution. NEVER send it to Acer Tech. The best thing to do is to find someone in your area who can fix it better than Acer.

 

I had an issue with the ID number they gave me. The Tech at the other end changed it because it was too old. I had to contact customer service, and all they did was connect me to a higher customer service. I even got the Case Worker. And I had to wait a month for my computer to get back.

 

Now my touch isn't working (But my mouse is), and the Acer Technical people ask me to uninstall one thing, which didn't work, and now they want me to pack it up and ship it to them once, which I will never do.

 

I contacted Microsoft about this issue and they have more suggestions than anyone customer service rep does at Acer. But my touch screen is still not working.
