Problems with Acer CloudMobile S500 after repair

I have a Big problem on my acer s500.. The phone was bought from Orange Romania in 2012. I accidentally broke the screen (litteraly broke it, it was all cracked) and I went with it at a service for repair. They charged me about 150 euros for the maintanance, but, they replaced my screen and I thought that all the mess was over and I can go back to enjoying my phone.. But, after I got home I began to experience problems with my touchscreen. In the moment I touch it it holds the touch for just about 2 miliseconds and then it doesn't feel the touch anymore. And when I touch it again, same problem, it holds the touch for 2 miliseconds (or whatever short time interval) and then it's reacting like I'm not touching the screen, even if I am touching it. For example I cant't play  game like the well known Fingersoft Hill Climb racing because I can't hold the break or the throttle .. it just presses for a milisecond and then goes back. The phone feels my touch everytime and is as bit as sensitive as before but it just doesn't hold it for more than a couple of miliseconds, regardless of the time I continue pressing the screen. I tryed about all the phone's settings but I can't seem to get it fixed. The problem isn't always there. Sometimes, when I leave the phone untouched, or I turn it on after a relatively long period of time it works well, for a while (30 seconds to 3 minutes) but then it goes back to the same problem. Another problem that appeared is the non working call speaker. I can't hear anyone who's calling me because the speaker that goes to my ear is broken somehow.. I don't know why it doesn't work. For calling somebody I either have to use a headset with microphone or the external speaker (which is too loud and anybody can  hear what the other person is saying.)

Have you tried resetting the phone? If a reset doesn't work, it sounds like there is still a hardware problem that you need to have addressed. I recommend contacting the service center in your area that did the work, and see if they can service the product again.

You mean like pressing the turn off and the volume down button until it goes into some mode where you can hard reset it?  I tryed it before, I reset it and the problem is still there. I spent way too much money on this phone and every service is taxing me for more. I almost paid for a new phone just like this one with maintanance. If there is a hard problem with it, where can it be located? How can I fix it myself? I don't have any money to spend on this phone.

Sorry for the problems you are having. Without looking at the product, it is not possible for me to tell you exactly where the problem is and how you can fix it. Possibly, someone else on the community may have some suggestions.
