Acer X1261P and a X1261 differences??

Hey all,

 

I am trying to determing the major or minor difference between these 2 DLP PRojectors..

 

I am also looking to find a parts place that sells parts to the public for these Projectors??

The difference between the X1261 and X1261P are some of the features one has that the other does not. The X1261 has optical zoom of 1.1X but both support 2X digital zoom.

 

The X1261P has a higher brightness of 2,700 ANSI Lumens (Standard) / 2,160 ANSI Lumens (ECO) vs the X1261 that has 2,500 ANSI Lumens (Standard) / 2,000 ANSI Lumens (ECO).

 

Other than what I have listed above I do not seem much of a difference.

WEll that is not much but could have a impact on what I am trying to do... I have 3 Acer X1261P's and one of them the mainboard went out..

 

I found a Mainboard for the Proj. but it is for the NON P version.. so I am trying to determine if I can use the NON P board in the P version??
