Difficulty reporting a problem

I am trying to report a fault on my DVD unit using the online system - I fill everything in , It says "select dealer from list" but no list appears - anyone any ideas?

    Hi Tommy

    Sorry got through to a call centre in India(?) where the guy did his best but anything outside his cola flow was always going to be tricky...........Have raised a trouble ticket with the help desk so fingers crossed - not optomistic to be honest.
