Laptop freezes after boot and wireless range spotty

Often within 15-20minutes of booting up, my acer aspire V5-552G-X414, will crash and freeze. If there's a sound playing it will loop the noise making a horrible buzzing sound. The mouse and keyboard and entire computers stops responding.
It does NOT blue screen and no unexpected events pop up aside from the shutdown I'm forced to preform with the power button.
Note: If I put my laptop into sleep mode and wake it up, it seems to last longer (45mins-2 hours) without crashing.

I have tried to factory reset my computer (the long one) and still to no avail.

On top of this issue, my networking card is really spotty and has difficulty connecting to networks which are very close by. The bars will drop drasically aswell and my friends' laptop will have 5 bars while mine is struggling to load basic web pages up.

I have already talked to the live technical support which told me to factory reset my computer and that hasn't solved the issue.

Thank you to anyone who looks into this issue of mine.
