Aspire AM5630 won't boot up, power comes on, but no OS or even Bios

Trying to find information out there on this issue w/o luck.

The tower comes on, power light and the fans come on full blast, rather loud (never this loud in the past, ever)
but nothing comes on to the screen, not even bios info.

Seen mentioned somewhere that could be a power supply issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any beep noises ? What is the last thing that was done with the computer prior to it failing ?

Whats the first 10 digits of your serial number ?

It is too early to comment on whether a power supply issue or not, more info required for sure.

Thanks, it has been a roller coaster of issues (weird if you ask me) since this started.
As suggested by a friend, I took the memory sticks out and re-seated them, well, that worked, computer came back on and at this point I thought the problem was fixed.
Same day later on, computer freezes up and I have to reboot, in which case it did not come back up, I checked the memory sticks again and noticed that one either had come loose or was not seated correctly from earlier in the day, so then again computer boots up normal once more.
As I continue to use, it is now having problems where it just becomes unresponsive (not the kind that is usually software related where you can do perhaps a CTRL-ALT-DEL to try to fix it, what I mean is that screen stays up and nothing would response.
This goes on for a few more reboots until it wont boot up now. However it does come on and the sound that it makes is normal (by the way, it really does not make any beeps at start up), so what I am thinking is, the on board video card is dying (because nothing comes on on the screen, not even the bios info, just stays blank).
A while back I had to take the PCI express Radeon card that came with it because the fan quit working on it, and started to use on-board video since then, but I did keep the radeon. So, I insert this card back in just to notice that it would boot up again and I get bios info on the screen this time, but it never gets pass a blinking cursor after the bios display, so, that's where I am now and I am thinking the whole MB needs to be replaced.
Thanks again for your help, I hope any of this makes sense.
