Hello,

my aspire 4755Z start up is very bad,:

The following problems occur:

1. The keyboard is not functioning, hence can't enter BIOS set-up. As a remedy I use USB keyboard but when I'm in BIOS the Help screen pop-up covering the BIOS set-up at the back, hit escape the Help screen just flash but still there. If I hit ESC and arrow simultaneously you can see the set -up changes but the HELP screen still in front just flashing everytime the keys are pressed.

2. The start-up in BIOS stops in " Choose the operating system" but there is only Windows 7 there and waiting for keyboard entry. To choose or hit f8.

3. When choices had been made by ENTER key at USB keyboard the windows starts but stop in "starting windows" with LOGO

4. I use DVD windows 7 boot its the same the Entry must be from external USB keyboard,..hit anykey boot from CD, sometimes the windows start and arrive in choose which partition you want to install the windows, there the problem there.. >

"windows cannot be installed to DISK 0 Partition 3 (show details)". The Details are: "windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table oN EFI systems. Windows can only be installed to GPT disk."

"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The computer's hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure that the disk controller is enabled in computer's BIOS Menu."

Action: I deleted the partition but still the same messages occur, and the NEXT button are fade meaning cannot be click.

I hope somebody can help me to reformat and solve this,

Darjr

The key issue is that your internal keyboard is not functioning.

Secondarily, service should also be able to help you restore the system to it's default load.

We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue.
