Backlight problem.

within the warranty period, I had problems with the screen , so i sent it back new screen put back. had no problem. for a ammount of time. 

 

After the RMA, I had a problem with the backlight . When I moved the screen 's backlight went out . (standby modus and wake up and the screen is working again ) so assumed that it was a bad contact.
So I'm going to look , screen taken out no problem everything was good . no problem. when I took off the keyboard, my eye fell on a cable from the screen to the motherboard which was very poorly laid down . twisted , and not out in the rigel that purpose . have the appropriate cable measured again and found the problem .

 

I 'm pretty angry about this as I 've suspected that the mechanic in question probably wanted to work a bit. too fast and I currently have no time to order a new cable as I need to Hungerarie rows for business and when I come back , I have a big lanparty ( 1000 people ) where I am a volunteer for many years and a familiar face.

    I apologize that you’re having problems with your Acer. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what the timeframes are between the service and the last time you’ve contacted your local service team, but I would recommend informing them of the issue you’ve identified and seeing how they can assist.
