Help understanding Acer Aspire V3 Notebook Warranty (Canada) ...

I want to buy an Acer Aspire V3 varient notebook in Canada but not directly from Acer.

 

Many of the Canadian Resellers (let's say online Resellers) offer model variants that aren't expicitly listed as models on the Acer Canada website, but do show as models on the Acer US website. Some models do not show (currently) on either the Canadian or US websites. Certainly, there are more small Canadian online Resellers than those big box Resellers listed here:

For example, a V3 varient on the Acer Canada Website and on some other Resellers websites:

For example, a V3 varient not on Acer Canada or US websites but on some Canadian Reseller websites:

There are a lot of other Mfg Part No's out there for V3 varients for sale that I don't currently see on the Acer Canada or US websites.

 

Does it matter who I buy the product from or which varient? How does warranty coverage work? Are their repair depots in Canada?

 

Basically, I need to know how Warranty coverage works if I buy from any Canadian Reseller for any V3 varient models they offer.

    We appreciate your interest in our product and you are correct that there are different skus and part numbers for the Acer Aspire V3 notebook. The part numbers you described help us identify the unit's country of orgin and how it was configured. If you purchase a notebook in Canada or the United States you can recieve service as there are Authorized service facilities in Canada.

     

    I hope I answered your question. The simple answer is "Yes", if you purchase a new Acer product in Canada or the US you can recieve service in Canada.
