Acer Aspire V3-772G-9653 laptop flicker when unplugged

So, I have contacted customer support, and even sent in a ticket about this, then I thought I fixed it and no longer required to send my laptop in (I was elated, as I just received my laptop back from Acer less than a month ago.)

I was wrong - and I have found the problem only to occur when removing the laptop from charging. The screen will flicker very subtly..then some more..then it becomes quite obnoxious as the battery depletes. I obviously do adjust screen brightness when I'm at school and my laptop's off charge.

Sometimes the flicker discontinues as soon as I plug it in, sometimes I have to restart the computer after plugging it in - the flicker will carry on for a little while longer, but eventually always goes away completely until I have school again next week, then the process repeats itsself.

Anyone ever seen anything like this, or have any insight? I fear my laptop will have to once again return to service - blah.

I would suggest, if you have not already, downloading and installing the latest graphics driver from Acer's support website for your V3-772G. Another thing I would do would be to use one of the default power options, like Balanced or High performance.

If neither of the above suggestions work and as a last action, I would recommend reloading your Acer computer to factory defaults. If this does not work the problem is more likely a hardware problem. If you have to setup a repair I would suggest providing very detailed steps and how long it takes to reproduce the problem.
