Hi, i recently got an Acer Aspire V3-771G for my birthday and tried to play a FPS but whenever i pressed a key on the keyboard the mouse froze. I googled this and found out it was called 'palmcheck'and stopped accidental mouse movement but it meanss i can't play any games. The methods online that i found to fix this problem didnt work because in my Mouse properties the tabs are: Buttons, Pointers, Pointer Options, Hardware and then ELAN. I think the ELAN tab is were everyone is getting Device settings and thats were i am meant to disable this feature but i cant. Any help would be great as i can't play any of the games i have. Are your settings menus different?

Even when Palmcheck is at it's minimum in the ELANTECH options i am still unable to move the mouse while typing. I am also missing about half of the options that are on the video for tapping and touching etc. Could this be a driver issue? If so where can i download the latest drivers?
