connect to battery pack on Iconia W510

I carry 2-3 battery packs at all times to back up my cellphone's power.  They use an normal USB-mini USB cable.  I would like to do the same with the W510, but I can't seem to find a USB cable with the connector like on the power cord.  Matter of fact, I am not sure what kind of connector it is as documentation is severely lacking.

Won't work anyway, USB is 5v and the W510 takes 12v.

I suspected something like that but the battery packs say they can charge tablets and cellphones.  I figured there was a converter avaialble, but the other tablets must use usb-usb with the converter inside the device. hence the question.
