Veriton X275

I work for a Public School District that had purchased rougly 36 Acer Veriton X275 back in June of 2011, with 3 year warranties to go with every computer.

We had one that was DOA, and no one had ever done anything with it. Today, I tried to contact Acer to get this computer fixed, and I got absolutely no where. It's rediculous how bad the customer service is; I'm absolutely 100% appauled. I thought Sony was bad, but this is next level bad. I've been spending my afternoon trying to find some way to talk to a human being, and this was the closest thing I could find.

The automated system always made me enter the SNID. If I entered it, it said it was expired and it redirected me to third-party pay-for support. If I refuse to enter it or mumble random things, or do any other option, it tells me it can't find the SNID and it redirects me to the same third-party company.

I'm setting here with 36 different Acer Advantage 3-year warranty pamphlets, but they do no good because it's literally 100% impossible to get ANYWHERE. The numbers inside are all useless, because the system boots me out when it sees the OEM warranty has expired. Of course it has, that's why I have 3 year warranties! I even tried registering the product and going from there: nothing.

I'm hoping a staff member of Acer will read this, and if you do, what do I do!? I'm absolutely out of options. No matter what I do, how much I search, or what number I call, I get told to talk to a third-party company.
