purchased an acer laptop from best buy last month.
just found out my laptop windows 8 is activated but only valid till march 2014!!
contacted acer support 5 times!! but they keep giving me useless replies and asking me to contact microsoft.
then microsoft asks for product key, and acer said it's in the bios and we cannot give it to you!!
after 2 days of strugle they offered me a repair (for my brand new laptop!!!!!!!!!!!)
and they are saying repari (activating the windows!) will take about 2 weeks!!!!
plus delivery times my brand new laptop will be away for 3 weeks!
what does this mean?!!!
absolutley hopless product and support.
does anyone know how can i make a complaint?
what is the relevant ombudsment to complain from acer?
