Fixing my computer w/ warranty

I purchased a laptop in May 2012 and one of the keys broke off a month later. I am trying to get a live person on the phone and cannot make it happen... Any suggestions? I am still supposed to be under warranty until May 2013. I am really frustrated with Acer!!!

    What phone number did you try? If you are in the US or Canada, you can call 1-800-816-2237.

    I tried that number. I could not get through because it says I am out of warranty.. I am not sure where to go from here. I should not have to pay for something that should be in warranty. I am so sick of Acer and their products.

    Try 1-800-237-6483 and tell them that you are in warranty and need to talk to a technician. This is the number to paid support, but you may be able to get them to transfer you over without paying.
