Since you didnt mention which model you have, I would provide all solutions, sorted by the easiest / most convenient:

    0. Clean Up

First of all, you could maximise the storage space you already have. I would recommend reading the guide I made here to regain the free space out of the box http://plive.wordpress.com/2013/07/17/acer-w700-guide-for-new-users/ (applicable to any Windows tablet). Then, you could reduce the pagefile size to make some space.

    1. microSD

Some tablets have microSD slot. This is the easiest way. Just get a microSD card (up to 32 GB) and plug into the microSD port. But first of all, make sure your tablet has a microSD slot

    2. micro USB flash drives

If your tablet doesnt have any microSD slot, but it has a USB port, you plug a micro USB flash drives like the SanDisk Cruzer Fit. Just like its name, those micro USB flash drives are really small, the size is similar to the Logitech's micro Unifying receiver. They are usually available in 16 - 32 GB.

    3. Wireless storage

There are some wireless storage solutions available. Mostly are made for Android devices, but they usually work with Windows as well

    4. Swap the mSATA SSD

Some tablets like the W700 have an mSATA SSD drive. That means you could replace the internal mSATA SSD with 3rd party mSATA SSD that has larger capacity. Keep in mind this might void the warranty. Do it at your own risk.

If you were talking about the RAM, sorry, you couldnt do anything about it
