no bootable disk error/ and cannot get recovery for my SNID?????

I need to get a recovery disk but I dont have one. When I search to get one it states there is no recovery disk or usb for my SNID. Howver, I can only use a usb. There is no disk drive.

 

What are my options?

Try calling Acer support & speak to a human, it's entirely possible they may have recovery media for your laptop. You'll find the number on your regional support page usually under "Contact Acer".

 

If the recovery media is available, it may come on disks, so you will need to use an external optical drive to load them onto your machine.

 

FYI, sometimes "No Bootable Disk" errors can mean that the hard drive may have failed.
