Problems with Acer Iconia B1-A71

Hi...Ive had some problems, completely formatted the tablet and it was still totally unresponsive.Sent it back to Acer who fixed it and sent it back to me but it still doesn't work at all.Not sure what to do now, its still in warranty but I'm at my wits end with it.Thanks

    Unfortunately, there's really not anything that I can tell you to do with the system at this point.

    If you have done a complete hardware reset, and sent it to service, you're going to need to contact service to have them ensure that the system is working properly.

     

    The repairs should have been documented when it was sent back to you.  Do you have that paperwork?
