Acer offers horrible service.

Hello,

I just wanted to inform you about the horrible service Acer provides in the Netherlands.

I bought a Liquid Acer E2 on 21st of oktober.

 

Today is 17 januari.
My phone has been 'repaired' twice and still in repair for a third time. Software got reset twice eventhough it's a hardware problem.

I sent my phone a third time through the shop I bought it to get it repaired. The shop recieved it the 21st of dec. Somewhere in the start of januari Acer recieved my Phone. Today, 2 weeks later I haven't heard a single word from Acer. I contacted the Chatsupport 2 times a week, still nothing.

 

So 3 months have passed since I bought my phone. Due to repairing(resetting software) taking up to 10 days, my phone spent more time with Acer than it did with me since I bought it and i still got nothing.

 

Hopefully your phones don't break down or else good luck. If you depend on your new phone, you might be very screwed.
