Since 10:00 this morning I have been trying to talk to someone about this broken computer and I have sat on the phone for more than an hour, then told I was talking to the wrong person after I called the number on the envelope I was given for problems with a lap top computer. Then I was switched to another number and after 20 minutes shut off because they could not understand what I was saying.
The computer in question ran for 2 hours Christmas day repairing disk errors and never loaded the programs, today it has been running for 5 hours repairing disk errors.
I went on line to support and connected with some one in India and waited 25 minutes for a response, I had to leave and take care of business and while I was away he discontinued the connection.
I guess it must be ok for me to wait on you but you can not wait for me. I am about ready to take the computer and run over it with the car then use the service plan I purchased rather than go through this hassle of trying to get it repaired or replaced. It has been in service less than two weeks.
