Repost on Notebook issue

Hello,

 

I recently had problems with my acer apire v5. I did contact support and the representative did mention that they will email me information since the computer issue was not solved. However, I did not receive the email. I also checked my junk mail. I also did make some improvement on the computer, (After pressing F2 and going into boot, the representative forgot to mention to press F6 to get the usb onto number one). And I also didn't provide the representative with my email address. How do I get the information so that I can show it to the store that I bought it from (They will fix it for me, but just in case, they do need more information to where to send it, just in case). What do I do now?

    if you didn't provide email it would be impossible to get email instructions

    call technical support again and get the proper information

     

    you dont say what issue you are having so we cant answer that
