R3600 replace hard drive

I've a hard drive failure (out of warrranty) with an R3600 all-in-one. I cannot get the m'board out (to access the hard drive screws underneath). Any ideas please?  I have done:-

1. removed 1 case screw

2. removed case top by levering off edges

3. removed power switch riser board

4. removed 4 m'board screws

Board should now come out but appears to be secured to underside. I removed the case bottom and the m'board appears to be attached to case inner floor somehow.  Thanks.

 

EDIT: ok, I need to remove the fan and cpu heatsink (I guess).  Will try this later.
