So i tried to reinstall the driver, and yet it was still bugging.

I actually accidently touch the touchpad when my hand was wet with water, and some water left on the touchpad, then i cleaned it.

After that, my touchpad started bugging: it can move sometimes, but not smoothly.

Is Acer's stuff that easy to break? i only have this laptop for 1 month.

A small amount of water on the surface on the touchpad should not damage it, however, as with any electronics, if water comes in contact with the circuitry, it could damage the product. If reinstalling the driver did not resolve the issue, you may try completely restoring the computer to factory settings using eRecovery. If that does not resolve your touchpad issues, it could be a hardware problem that would require service.
