I am new here, and I want to share and ask something to you all, especially to acer support.
I lost my device Acer Liquid E2 v370
I just want to ask: can Acer track my phone?

because I think my phone had been stolen. I can not call my phone. is there any way to find it?
or is there a solution for me with a case like this?
I need your help to give solutions for me.

Acer can't trace your E2 but if your device still has your SIM inside, your network operator can.

be aware that probably need some police permissions to do it.

 

you can try to find your device, if you enabled the google tracing and sync, with this link:

https://www.google.com/android/devicemanager

 

or you can ask your SIM network operator to blacklist the IMEI of the E2 if you have the IMEI numbers, usually IMEI is written on the phone box, so if someone stole your E2, it can't use it on your nation.
