Acer internet connection issues

I have just recently purchased a new Acer laptop, the internet seemed to be ok for a month or so but now having difficulties...
First I'm told the connection is limited, but now seems fully connected and still doesn't seem to access the browser and load up any Internet related content either.. If anybody else has had similar problems or know a way of solving this issue that would be brill

You need to provide a quantity of information in order to have anyone be able to attempt to help.  As discussed in the article above, you should provide, at a minimum, your computer model, operating system, and any specific errors or issues (and how to duplicate them or when they started occuring).
