I have a factory refurbished DA220HQL all in one. The blue light comes on and there is nothing on the screen. If you bump the bottom of the casing the screen flashes so something isn't connected fully. I called Acer about this and was instructed that Acer doesn't facilitate the warranty on refurbished items. The rep (who I couldn't understand very well) gave me a phone number and said I needed to call them to get warranty. The number was disconnected. Now when I call back I am routed to an out of warranty department based on the serial number and I can't get any help. This item is new out of the box and I don't want to pay for a repair. Any ideas?
