Acer 7560 "reserved memory" problem, BIOS upgrade question, and support pages not functioning?

Hello,

1- On an Acer 7560 I see that windows 7  64bit sees 1.48GB of 4GB memory installed. About 2.5GB shows as hardware reserved in resource monitor. Can you tell how to fix the issue? I tried to check the bios but there was not any option related to GPU shared memory etc. which I thought would be the reason at first.

2- The bios upgrade pages show the newest bios is v1.07 for this model. But when I start the upgrade program it shows the installed bios version as v2.04. I checked Acer site and it appears v2.04 was probably for model 7535 (which apperas to be an older model of similar laptop). However I am sure that I have 7560. So whats the deal with the strange numbering? is v1.07 wrong bios somehow?

3- The device is under warranty and I tried to create a support request at support pages. However the US pages does not recognize SNID or S/N and I tried several different country pages in europe and there was always some strange problem.

https://customercare.acer-euro.com/customercare/ProblemFacing.aspx ->

Nearly all country pages do not accept any purchase date and say please enter a valid purchase date.

German page forwards to a 404. It gets even worse with firefox, the calendar does not even appear for selecting purchase date with it...

Is this a known problem or am I doing something wrong? Do I have to call to support?

Thanks,

Evren

    Support pages for Finland can be found here: http://www.acer.fi/ac/fi/FI/content/service

    Yes I had no problem in finding the support pages but from there I tried "Customer Care Portal" and it opens a page where it says click here for enduser support (in Finnish) but the pages do not function properly.

    So I was wondering if the only way to reach support is to call them and acer support does not operate through Internet in Europe (I sure hate calling to support and waiting in line etc. if possible I would prefer a web based case system, such as in customer care portal if it worked!)
