how to turn on webcam

im just after recieving my new laptop and can't turn my webcam on!!!!! 

where am igoing wrong???

any help greatly accepted

usually, you can find "acer crystal eye webcam" application in system, if not, need to install it.

if its not working, uninstall app first then try to install other brand webcam app,

there are several brands acer used: lite-on, suyin, chicony and cyberlink, you can download from acer website.
