Acer support is the worst

 I got a W510 tablet and have had nothing but trouble form it. I sent it back for repair and got it back 3 days ago. It is still having the same issues I sent it in for in the first place (display stops responding and must be recovered). I need to talk to someone about reopening the case but every time I try the automated system tells me the tablet is not covered. It was covered when the issues started and their attempt at repair (which was just reload windows) failed. Is there some method of talking to a real human about the failure of acer support to fix the issue the first time?

 

UPDATE In an effort to make the display stable I updated the drivers through the Acer update utility. Now all I get is a solid blue screen with a flashing toolbar at the bottom of the screen. Does anyone have any ideas on this since Acer support is unreachable?
