I brought a new acer for work from amazom about two month ago, yesterday I hit restart instead of shutdown I unplug the power and lock in my drawer and this morning I could not turn on the computer. At first I thought because has no power so I left it charge for about a hour, but it was still not power up, so I call ACER support and the guy didn't even try to help trobleshoot first and just tell me sent my notebook in for service. So I left it charge for other hour and I was able to get my computer to work again.
I just save our company $100+ from shipping to ACER.
Please take the time ask some questions first, sometime can be fix over the phone.
