I suggest ACER NORWAY check out their Email Support contact field. No matter what you enter in the date field it responds by telling you that that date is no a valid puchase date. It`s been like that for 6 months. It`s impossible to send a problem to email support without the date. So my question then is; doesn`t Acer Norway think it`s strange that NOBODY has contacted email support in the last 6 months??????????????????

    Please share the URL that you are seeing the error on.

     

    If there is a date field present, is there also a calendar icon near it? 

    If so, clicking the calendar should let you select a date and properly format it.

     

    If you are getting a specific error, please share that with us.
